What are your delivery Charges?

We have 2 delivery options:

• 1-2 day delivery: £9.99 for each 20kg
• 3-7 day delivery: £5.99 for each 20kg

What are your delivery times?

1-2 day delivery Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally reach you the next business day, where the items are in stock, but may occasionally be delivered within two business days.

3-7 day orders will normally be delivered in 3-5 business days, but may take up to 7 business days to arrive.

Orders placed at weekends or Bank Holidays are normally processed the next working day. If an item is on out of stock, your order confirmation email should show an expected lead time. Please note: if an order is placed for a mixture of in- and out-of-stock items, we do not part-ship. Please contact us if you wish to discuss part-shipment.

Can I change an order's delivery address?

If you wish to amend the delivery address, please contact us to try to catch it before our systems process your order automatically.

Delivery Special Requirements

Our standard delivery is to suitable ground floor reception or store areas. Please notify us in advance if you have any special delivery requirements.
